                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   SEWER EASEMENT FROM ROSE ANN HUTTON,
                   TRUSTEE, RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO. 73A, BIG
                   RIDGE COLLECTOR SEWERS, TRACT NO. 255.1, FOR
                   A TOTAL CONSIDERATION OF THREE THOUSAND
                   DOLLARS ($3,000.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a sewer easement from Rose Ann Hutton, Trustee,
       relative to Contract No. 73A, Big Ridge Collector Sewers, Tract
       No. 255.1, for a total consideration of $3,000.00.
